Get ready, Billericay! This September, we're bringing the community together for what we hope will become the town's biggest end-of-summer celebration.
Join us on Sunday 13th September for the very first Your Billericay Community Celebration & Parade, a day dedicated to celebrating everything that makes Billericay special. From our fantastic local businesses to our amazing community groups, this is a celebration of the people who make our town such a wonderful place to live, work and visit.

The Community Parade
The celebrations begin at 11am with a colourful Community Parade making its way along Billericay High Street. Featuring local schools, charities, clubs, community organisations and groups from across the town, the parade promises to be a fantastic way to kick off the day and showcase the incredible community spirit that Billericay is known for. The parade starts at 11am. The parade will travel down the High Street before turning and returning to finish in the Iceland car park,

The Celebrations Continue
Once the parade has finished, the party is just getting started. Billericay High Street will remain closed until 8pm, giving everyone the chance to relax, explore and enjoy a fantastic afternoon in the heart of the town.
Â
Rather than bringing in outside traders, this day is all about celebrating Billericay's own businesses. Our cafés, restaurants, shops and local businesses will be taking centre stage, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the High Street. As you explore the town, you can look forward to:
🎈 Free face painting
🎈 Balloon modelling
🎈 Close-up magic
🎈 Stilt walkers and roller skaters
🎈 Punch & Judy shows
🎈 Live music and entertainment
🎈 A family-friendly community trail

There will be something around every corner, making it the perfect day for families, friends and visitors of all ages. Whether you stay for an hour or spend the whole day with us, we hope you'll shop local, enjoy everything our businesses have to offer and help make this the biggest community celebration Billericay has ever seen.
