Matthew Hill, sponsored by recommended local butcher John Walman in Launton, is through to the last three to represent the UK in this year's International Young Butcher Competition.
Matt, who came 3rd in the BBC's 2010 Young Butcher Competition, learnt much of his butcher skills from John, starting as a schoolboy and working his way through to NVQ level two apprentice.
