Do you want to help preserve historic Bicester? In the library there is a small exhibition relating to the Draft Bicester Conservation Area Appraisal that is currently in a consultation period. Take a look and put forward your comments.
The exhibition gives the outline of the character and appearance of Bicester and the Conservation Area and new proposals.
This is a consulting period and once adopted the appraisal will be taken into consideration with planning applications for development within the conservation area.
