I can't thank Bicester vets enough for the care, excellent treatment and compassion shown to my cat during his illness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Nothing could have saved him, but I know he had the best treatment he could and great care and dignity at the end, and the compassion shown towards me.
I have used Bicester vets for 14 years and have nothing but praise and good things to say about them. They are truly outstanding.

We homed two cats from the RSPCA at Blackberry Farm during the autumn of 2010. Since then the cats have been MOT'd by the vets and have been very well cared for with efficent and friendly staff.
Recommend without hesitation.

I have been taking my cat to Bicester Vets since we adopted him from the RSPCA. The staff both on reception and on the surgical side have always been caring and excellent. I discovered post adoption that our cat was epileptic and this has required special care and monitoring. The vets have always dealt with the anxious owners and scared cat kindly.

I have known Bicester Vets for many years since they were in a little place in what is now Wesley Lane. They are the most caring people and have always looked after my animals. I would not hesitate in telling anybody to take their animals to the best vets in town. 5 hearts "the best".

Nothing is too much bother when you are worried about one of your animals, and they know that we know our pets so if we say there is something wrong they keep going till they find out what it is. When its time to say farewell to a much beloved pet they make it as copable as humanly possible, nothing is rushed and you are allowed time to say goodbye, they are understanding and have great empathy for our loved ones.. a wopping 10 they should be given

When we fostered and later adopted an RSPCA rescued cruelty case cat, Sam, we 'inherited' Bicester Vets with him as they had been his carers for some 20 months during the legal proceedings. It made perfect sense to stay with them, even though other veterinary practices were nearer for us, as they had so much knowledge and experience of his hefty medical history .

Sam has had a number of procedures and continues to be a chronically sick cat but with good diet, the right medication and on-going support at Bicester Vets he enjoys a very good quality of life, something we hope will continue for years to come.

During some of the tenser moments with Sam's condition, I turned into a virtual stalker by e-mail, bombarding them either with questions or research I had found and at no time was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance or over-zealous 'mum'! My queries were always answered quickly.

Thank you, all at Bicester Vets. 5 Hearts from Sam & 'mum' Gwen Lismonde.

I have been to countless vets with my big dog because we travel a lot. I have never been so impressed with a vets office until I went to Bicester Vets. The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful, the doctors promptly call you back if you have a question over the phone, the doctors and nurses are confident with my dog, everyone knows what they are doing, and I have never felt rushed or ignored. I am hugely impressed with this place and I will never take my pets anywhere else. The customer service is down right amazing and the treatment my dog receives is top notch. I wish I could better express how much I appreciate the people at Bicester Vets, they go above and beyond all of my expectations and I am so thankful for them!

We've been taking our dog to Bicester Vets for 13 years, and throughout had excellent care, but most importantly, thoughtful care with brilliant explanations. We lost our dog in November and during this awful period, the decisions to be made were so well explained and considered. Our new dog from August last year has had great veterinary care too - for all this, I decide to drive 12 miles instead of a potential 4!

These people do care, a while ago my beautiful gun dog was involved in a terrible accident, we took him to Bicester Vets as they were nearest, they did everything they could, and have good on site facilities, I could see they did everything possible, and really cared, I don't think he could have been treated better, now we take all our animals to them, I think they are all good, but we talk to Palli, she understands how much my 2 year old gun dog means to us..and the cat!

My cat has been going to Bicester Vets since we moved here three years ago. Last year she was very ill and had to spend a week with them. They updated me every day and I was able to visit. Today you could not tell that she had been ill.

Bicester Vets have been excellent in dealing with our 2 aged cats (although we unfortunately had to lose one of them). They never make you feel rushed and explan everything excellently. Our pets couldn't have had better care.

Bicester Vets are just brilliant, very friendly staff always helpfull, I have always gone to Bicester vets and so does all my family, we have been going to them for years. I recently had to take my Jack Russell Buffy, who was very poorly, they kept her immediately and did tests, she made a full recovery. I have had to call them out of hours and they seen my dog straight away. Thank you Bicester Vets.
