I’ve been going to Ben for over 10 years. He’s very skilled with colour and styling and feels like going to see a friend.

I have the best haircut since I visited Artisan first time last year. I am grateful to Mat doing his Art of Hairdressing. People start asking me which salon I use and believe me it's a great feeling!
Thank you, Artizan.

Mardan could not have been more helpful or friendly in our big house move. Leaving our family home after 21 years was a wrench and Mardan were really helpful in making it as seamless as possible and going over and above to be supportive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Superb service from start to finish. Really efficient as regards delivery of boxes/ phonecalls about arrival time and checking access prior to the initial move out of my house and then on the actual day of the move, the team were just incredible: super professional, efficient and quick, but careful. The communication as regards storage was also top notch, and finally the move back into my new house (despite the many challenges) was just as good. The only piece of advice would be to book the move well in advance because the team are so good, it seems they are highly sought after and spaces for moves book up fast!

Truly the best of Bath! A visit to this salon is like a date with mates. Warm, welcoming, laid-back and truly stylish. But, I'm here for a haircut, and I've had many in my 6 decades, and this is the BEST. The terribly talented Ben is fun and easy-going. No fear of asking what you want with Ben - but he'll give an honest appraisal of whether that will work, and suggest a tweak, or an alternative. He ALWAYS takes time to ask what worked, what didn't - and I don't know what kind of magic he produces from those scissors, but he creates perfection, every time. I've occasionally had a different stylist when Ben was not available at short notice, and have absolutely no fear that they'll follow what he's done and also create something awesome. It's a joy to have a haircut here, and it's always the BEST.
