Urban Training Systems is a fantastic, enjoyable, and ultimately effective way of getting into and staying in shape. A great alternative to the gym, run by a team of enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled trainers who take great pride in getting to know each of their clients as well as their strengths, weaknesses and both long & short term goals. You’ll never do the same workout twice in a row, and will leave and the end of each session with a mixture of satisfaction from feeling great about what you’ve achieved, and exhaustion from having pushed yourself to your limit. I can’t recommend Simon, Paul & Joey highly enough. Top trainers, and a pleasure to train with!
UTS is so much more fun than going to the gym. It gives your workout so much more variety and so much thought goes in to each session, making sure that each one is different and compliments the other sessions happening that week. It's a complete all over body workout in a fun social setting. The trainers are hot on technique too, making sure that each exercise is done correctly so that everyone gets the most out of their sessions. They are also very good at knowing individual ability and make sure they push us just enough so we keep seeing improvements. I have never been stronger or fitter.
UTS is a superb way to improve your strength, fitness and overall health. No session is ever the same which means you're constantly improving and you'll never experience the repetitive boredom that inevitably sets in when you train in a gym. There is a great social dynamic to the sessions and the coaches are excellent in advising on how to enhance your technique to maximise results. Highly recommended!

Urban Training is so much better than going to the gym. There are loads of sessions to choose from and working in small groups with others is very motivational. The trainers really know their stuff and help make sure you get the most out of every workout. No two sessions are the same so it's never boring.
