I purchased everything I needed for a completely new bathroom from Total Bathrooms and I was very, very impressed by the service and quality of products. I visited numerous bathroom shops beforehand, so had a good idea of prices and quality. The products I purchased from Total Bathrooms were far superior to similar priced products in the well-known large stores and the service offered was second to none. The staff really knew their products and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommend Total Bathrooms for brilliant service, quality products and exceptional value.

Iʼve been to Total Bathrooms to buy such things as replacement taps, a shower curtain and a shower - all at separate times. The advice I have received when needed has been superb and especially with the shower, very patiently given! If you know what you want great, but talk to them if you need to - donʼt be afraid of looking silly. I will certainly purchase from them again. Thank you.

Weʼd had a succession of plastic shower trays which were not satisfactory. A visit to Total Bathrooms resulted in a lovely Italian style ceramic replacement which has been great - looks and feels good, easy to clean and much more solid so less likely to leak around the edges. Service was excellent and the price was good.

I have recently refurbished both of my bathrooms at home. The team at Total Bathrooms - Peter Hirsch in particular - couldnʼt have been of more help. We worked to a budget and he spend a lot of time with us in store, ensuring we picked out every item, even finding us a bespoke shower tray that fitted our space exactly. Everything was delivered on time for installation. It seems to me that anyone in store gets the same treatment whether they are in there for a tap or a complete bathroom - the service is the same. Great job!
