What do we charge?
In addition to being paid a commission by the chosen lender there may be a Broker Fee of between £0 and £599 payable depending on the complexities of your requirements. If there is a Broker Fee chargeable it will be agreed upfront and payable on the successful issue of an appropriate Mortgage Offer. There is no fee for returning clients.
