I placed an order overnight for some vinyl lettering with Minuteman and had a response when I logged on this morning. This was quickly followed by a visit from Bradley who checked to see that what he had made up was just right. It was and Bradley even stayed to fit the lettering on the cabinet for me. If you can better service anywhere else I would be amazed . top service and a top job . many thanks Minuteman Bath!

I for a slide deck to be printed, and was told it would take 4 hours, so I asked if there was any way it could be done a bit quicker as I didn't live or work in Bath. The immediate response was to tell me I could 'go somewhere else'. A bit taken aback at the attitude I commented on a machine standing unused - the manager came down and told me 'it is our business how long we take'. The rudeness and passive aggressiveness really took me aback. The print job was then done in 1 hr, but one page had been misplaced rendering the document useless. Extremely expensive, RyanAir customer service - total contempt for customers.

Reply from David G - Managing Director of Minuteman Press Bath "We were disappointed to receive this review as we take great pride in meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Our customer came into the shop on Friday 4th July and asked for 2 sets of prints to be printed and for both sets to be bound into booklets. Normally for an order like this we would say one hours turnaround. On this occasion we said 3 hours as we were extremely busy with many orders which needed to be printed ahead of this. On discussing with our customer we reviewed the timescale and straight away said that we would complete the job within one hour. We had agreed on a price already which was 20% off our normal best price. Unfortunately we did misplace some of the pages in the wrong place and we have since credited our customer 50% of her total bill. We of course apologised that the service she received was not as it should have been." David G M D - Minuteman Press Bath
