Was feeling really dull and unattractive as my hair was such a mess, Paul my assigned hairdresser was very patient and courtious, he advised me how he thought my hair would suit me.
I had coffee he then cut my hair and styled it.
What a difference I dont have to drag it into a ponytail anymore its wonderful, All the staff from the Juniors to the Receptionists to all the professional hairdressers are so polite and there is always a winning smile from someone. It is great to be able to say that staff are so nice, as some places I have visited certainly are not.

I have been to Artizan 3 times, the first 2 times were really great and I was totally pleased with the haircut and the service, however the 3rd time I got a different stylist who didn't listen at all to what I wanted and just did their own thing. It's a shame because I think they're probably usually great from reading the other testimonials but I won't go back now.
