I recently discovered Artizan on George Street having just moved to Bath and I have been blown away by what a gorgeous place it is. The first thing that hits you is the fabulous style and deco. A great mix of contemporary with a nod to the Georgian history of Bath - a difficult balance that they pull off wonderfully. Just being in the salon makes you feel great. The service is fantastically friendly and warm, nothing too much trouble. The preliminary massage made me feel unbelievably relaxed and then, of course, the whole point, my haircut is exceptionally good. I've tried Vidal's in Covent Garden, other stylists in Bath and Bristol and none of them comes anywhere near the quality of cut and the quality of experience you get at Artizan on George Street. We should make sure we hang on to them - Bath needs more high quality businesses like this! Artizan, you rock!

I just think this is the ultimate experience in hairdressing. All the staff have such delightful manners and so welcoming and polite.. The hairwash is accompanied by such a relaxing head massage.
