I Have spent several months in Thailand and the Lime Tree is the closest I have come to the quality and taste I experienced out there.
The staff are very polite and the quality of food is excellent and the cost is very reasonable.
A word of warning would be, as a more traditional Thai restaurant they do like to use CHILLIES so let them know how hot you can go ..

Lime Leaf is an excellent restaurant - the food is great and the service excellent. The restaurant itself is really unique with lots of cosy little corners, ideal for my partner and I to have a nice evening without feeling as though someone is sitting right next to us. I would definitely recommend the three flavoured fish - very tasty and filling. The restaurant also offered a good wine selection which wasnʼt too expensive. In summary - the best Thai in Basingstoke!

We ate here for the first time lastnight prior to going to the Haymarket so had the early bird-fantastic service,food and a truly superb eating experience! if you love Thai youʼll love The Lime Leaf! The staff are so attentive but not ott.Thanks again Lime Leaf! see you soon......

We visited The Lime Leaaf yesterday for a team lunch. We were really impressed with the ambience of the place and found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. Would definately recommend this to anyone wanting a meal with a difference. Fantastic value for money. We will defintely be visitng again soon.

We attended The LIme Leaf today for a Team Lunch. This was our first visit to The Lime Leaf and we were really impressed with the quality and choice of food and surroundings. The service was outstanding and all the staff were courteous. We would defintely recommend this to anyone wanting to go somewhere a little different for their lunch. It was really good value for money and we will certainly be returning again.

My first visit last night with friends, and the three of us were made to feel most welcome. The food was outstanding and very good value - we went for the "early bird" menu. When we paid the bill we added extra for the tip - it was nice that the "change" was brought back to us, rather than the restaurant assuming it was for them! Would definitely recommend the Lime Leaf .
