We've used them 4 times so far, just been today with a fitting scheduled for next week. Every time we've been they've been polite, courteous and professional. Never had a complaint with the quality of the floor coverings or the fitting service and price has always been great. With the added bonus that we're buying from a local independent outlet. Very highly recommended.

We found this outlet completely by accident and are so glad that we did. The friendly service we received from the time of choosing our flooring to the fitting -just 3 days- was exceptional. The fitter arrived on time and was excellent. Many of the larger carpet outlets could learn a lot from these guys. I shall certainly recommend them to friends.
