I have been attending Pilates (both in person and virtually) with Caroline for over 2 years, I thoroughly enjoy it, Caroline is very knowledgable and explains things in a manner that I can understand, I feel that the exercises have strengthened my core (which is very beneficial as my hobby is horse riding) and helped me regain confidence after I tore the ligaments in my knee. I feel entirely at ease with Caroline and the other participants that attend the sessions.
Its great fun and I can't recommend Caroline enough.
I have been attending Caroline's Pilates classes for 3 years .They have helped enormously. I am much more aware of my posture now and how to take care when lifting and bending .The movements have also helped me to become more flexible and to improve my strength when getting up from the floor. The classes are always geared to an individual's personal needs in that particular session. The online classes are most enjoyable and work extremely well. I would highly recommend these classes to any one, no matter what their age or ability. Caroline is an excellent caring teacher.
I'm feeling so much better since joining Caroline's Pilates class. At the age of 80 my ability to get into positions again, which in the beginning I found almost impossible, is amazing. Continuing classes during lockdown has been a lifesaver.
