As the sun is starting to poke its head from the decidedly grey clouds of March, so too is the iBar’s Afternoon Tea beginning to flourish!
Chef Kai Chender, formerly of Lavender Lady, is using the weather as the perfect opportunity to allow his creativity to flow. Not only has he created a seasonal menu to reflect the longer days and more sunshine, but he has also tailored the afternoon tea to perfectly complement the new Springtime Menu.
His Strawberry and Avocado salad is the perfect accompaniment to the delicate cream teas and scones. If that wasn’t enough, then why not whet your whistle with the Whetstone Whistler, just one from our extensive range of painstakingly crafted Mocktails and Toddies (which can be served hot or cold).
The Spring Menu is available straight away, whereas the chef is putting his final touches to the Afternoon Teas. Expect (raspberry) ripples of joy when it’s finally unveiled!
