This week's Times series news reports how four local schools in the borough, Bishop Douglas, Mill Hill County, St Mary’s High and the Wren Academy, have been given the opportunity to link up with the Premiership Rugby Club Saracens, in their community programme.

In the Blast programme, Saracens Sport Foundation Coaches will deliver rugby throughout the term and support each school’s needs.

The programme will apply the core values of rugby to benefit the pupils on the rugby pitch and also in and around everyday school life.

Last week pupils from the four schools got the opportunity to train at Allianz Park as the Times reports here.
