i first visited Bloxham mill yesterday for their launch of the B2B club and BM-IT. I was amazed at the location of the centre, the friendly staff, and the appearance. The center is very clean and tidy and is like a hotel. The cafe is brilliant with good food and is very spacious it would be lovely in the summer with the adjacent patio. The cafe is perfect for meeting a colleague or a friend located at Bloxham Mill. Top marks for Ray Avery and His excellent Team.

I have been to many hair salons in Banbury over the years but never stuck with any of them. The first time I went to Ekko, I knew I found my haven! It is not cheap to get your hair done, but I always feel as though I've had more than my money's worth! All the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful.I also have a good laugh, feel very pampered and like I'm seeing a part of an extended family.

I don't tend to write reviews but felt that it was required in this case because we were thrilled with the service and the kitchen that we received through Lyn Hawes Designs. We felt that Lyn really took note of our requirements and designed the perfect kitchen to suit us. The units are of a high quality and the fitting was completed quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend this company to anyone.

....Although we are only a small business, we feel very much part of a bigger ship and your support team make it a pleasure to work here. 24 hour access enables me to stretch my working day and if demands have to be met I can spend my weekends here as well. I try not to make too much of a habit of late working but it's great to know that I can do it when I need to, that the kitchen is there to keep the black coffee flowing and that after three years I can still honestly say that I actually look forward to coming into work.

Spit 'n' Sawdust is the place you go because you WANT to go, not because you feel you SHOULD go! It is a place where I went to see and have a chat/laugh with the many genuine friends I made there... the (great) exercise was a bonus!!
I have joined many gyms/fitness classes over the years and always fallen into the trap of 'feeling like I ought to go' and then stopping after a few months because getting in shape was not enough. I always felt like I was missing out on some fun when I couldn't get to a boxercise class at Dave's - that's the difference.
I have seen it change many people in the time I went there - physically, but also emotionally and mentally too. People of all ages and backgrounds grew enormously in confidence and self-awareness in the time I was a member. It is a pleasure to have been associated with them.
