Since using Pick Pack Despatch for our order processing we have notice a marked increase in customer satisfaction due to delivery speed. They are very accurate with very few errors and always try there best to fit in urgent requests, even when I make them at unreasonably times of the day. I wonder how we ever managed before.

I found them to be extremely helpful, highly efficient and very astute when it came to determining my needs. They produced a great initial design from my rather vague comments and took my feedback on board to produce a thoroughly excellent and contemporary looking website which is utterly in keeping with my work and aesthetic outlook. They proposed a series of options for set up and maintenance of my website and took care of absolutely everything, from design to setting up the host etc. They also carried out everything professionally and quickly and at a highly competitive price. I can't sing their praises too highly, they're brilliant - use them.

We recently held a wine tasting evening at the Cellar. Many visitors remarked how much fun it was and that it was the first time they'd been to the Cellar, although they knew the shop in town. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and were able to help with several specific requests. SH Jones is certanly an amazing business; there's always something new to learn and to try.
