When I first started out running my shop I was inundated with people who claimed they could raise the profile of the business and make me pots of money. Whilst I got sucked in by some of this, I soon discovered they were really only interested in boosting their sales.
However PFM was different; taking a genuine interest in my business and with my best interests at heart.
