From when you walk in the door they make you feel very special and its an absolute delight to go there to have your hair done. The whole experience is wonderful and I always leave the salon feeling great, today was extra special as they were so understanding and caring as it was my first visit since my husband passed away last week and they could not have been nicer. Genuine interest in the person and their lifestyle to enable a good match of hairstyle, level of maintenance and realistic expectations. Really nice people, really customer focussed. Nothing is too much trouble. Dont just see the customer as a money based transaction. Great at building relationships. I've been going there for 15 years and my look is always evolving and changing {under the subtle guidance of Bev} in an age appropriate manner.
