A 'Quintessentially British' Fete with something for everyone! Don't miss out!

The Wotton Underwood Village Fete is held bi-annually on the grounds of Wotton House, with the kind permission of David Gladstone. Wotton House is an incredible Grade 1 listed Manor house in the English Baroque style dating back to the 18th Century, with grounds landscaped in the early 1800’s by Capability Brown. We are extremely lucky to be able to host the fete here in such an incredible and historic setting! The fete is a charitable cause in aid of the village Church which features in the Domesday Book of 1086!

The fete has been created to be a fabulous family day out with something for everyone. From tours of the fabulous Wotton House itself (additional charge), lake walks around the grounds, Classic Cars & tractors, Children’s games & a new trail, livestock on show, a Dog Show (so please don’t leave Fido at home!!), a festival of flowers in the Church, food by our very own celebrity chef, ex-Michelin Star Chef Phillip Britten and drinks in the Beer Tent (also featuring Pimms)! There will be Live music, a Tombolo, a Raffle with loads of prizes (follow us on Facebook for updates)!! Also available on sale will be local produce (on a stall to rival Nottinghill’s best), books, teas and cakes, ice-creams, strawberries & cream, bric-a-brac, and plants.

With the setting described above and all of the activities taking place, there is no-where you should rather be!!
