Ann Hoad's workshop will introduce you to some of the techniques that she uses as a Personal Development and Life Coach. These techniques help people who are struggling to see the wood for the trees – to identify what they want, what motivates them and how they can move forward taking small step by step actions. These techniques are just as relevant for business owners and can encourage and give them confidence to tackle challenges they are facing in a more effective and focused way.
