When we visited the shop we were offered a good choice of carpets and floor coverings, accompanied by friendly and knowledgable service. Our carpets and floor tiles were delivered and fitted within a couple of weeks. Fitting was excellent and all mess was cleared up afterwards. We were very pleased with the excellent service, will definitely be using Simply Carpets again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service. We had a problem with the manufacturer of our carpet. Event though it wasn't Simply Carpets fault they ensured the problem was resolved promptly and professionally.

Absolutely first class service from a very friendly, local company. I wasn't sure what type of stair carpet I wanted, lots to choose from with great advice from Tania. Absolutely no pressure to buy, although I was delighted I did. I would definitely use them again.

Their shop staff are always helpful and patient, with ideas and suggestions, and they have always been happy to lend us samples to help us make our minds up, with no commitment required. After a burst pipe in Boxing Day our insurance company asked us to find a local business to replace our downstairs flooring. We never thought we would find someone to come out and replace the flooring over the Christmas period! We called Simply Flooring and to our surprise they sent someone round to give us an estimate. They also managed to fit us in by working over a weekend! Amazing customer service by all and would highly recommend this local business.

it has been a pleasure dealing with Simply Carpets and Flooring. From first stepping into the showroom my wife and I received nothing other than ftop of the range service and advice. The company quoted first class carpets for four rooms at excellent prices. The service that we recieved from this family owned business was exactly what might always be hoped for but rarely received; friendly, knowledgeable, extensive and thorough.
As ffor the installation; this was completed exactly on the day, as agreed. Again, the two carpet fitters worked incredibly hard; moving furniture, taking up old carpet and underlay, disposing of the old carpets and underlay and fitting the new. Nothing was too much trouble and all the furniture was carefully replaced once the carpets were fitted.
All in all, excellent from start to finish ~ highly recommended.

The girls in the shop were so enthusiastic and helpful in matching both hard flooring and carpet. We found some unexpected damp and they were reassuring and helpful in organising repairs and re - booking fitting dates. The fitters were clean and fun to have around, and moved furniture. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I returned to Simply Carpets and Flooring recently to have my stairs and landing carpeted, after they fitted my lounge carpet and bedroom carpets last year. The shop staff are friendly and helpful and the fitters courteous and efficient. Great value and great service from a family run independent business, will carry on supporting you as I complete my refurb.
