I was somewhat surprised when I turned up for my appointment to find my dentist had changed ownership.
Very pleased to see my original dentist Dr Carol Leadbetter was still there.. she's great! Hopefully things will be better once the building works has been completed, but would have expected to have been notified of the changes by Synergy.

My dentist told me to see an orthodontics because my teeth have decided to move forward and make my upper teeth move forward and gap The orthodontics just offered to put retainers in place .I decided to see a dentist to have implants he literally didn't know where to start .Synergy took over my dentist I went for my check up . Within half an hour we had a plan and an estimate I'm now on my way to a lovely smile considering my age I am so pleased. If you are thinking of sorting your teeth young or a little on the senior side don't hesitate Thank you Synergy very thankful xx Chris

I've only been once since Cheshire Dental Care changed to Synergy and so far I haven't had any problems. The dentist I saw was very nice. The receptionist was very pleasant too. So far so good!

So I was initially terrified of going to the dentist however from start to finish you made the journey so easy and comfortable! Most importantly you have taken my fear away of visiting the dentist. The receptionist, Anisha is a credit to you and your team so please thank her from me too. I would recommend anyone whose looking to have Invisalign done and 100% have my check ups regularly.

I visited Synergy Farnworth after nervously deciding to get some cosmetic work done. Not had great experiences with dentists so was a little apprehensive. However, after my initial friendly and informative consultation with Dr Bilal Salim, I decided to have my teeth whitened and then some composite bonding. The service I have received has been exceptional from the dentist to the receptionist, any questions were answered with just a phone call and nothing was too much trouble. I now have a smile I love and would highly recommend. Thanks Dr Bilal for giving me my confidence back!

Each visit to the team at Synergy Farnworth has been exceptional for me. Dr Bilal Salim is extremely friendly yet maintaining his professionalism at all times. He immediately puts you at ease, talking you through each step of the procedure and reassuring throughout. He ensures you are comfortable and discusses your requirements from start to finish, making sure you are happy and satisfied. I have always been sceptical about dentists and their work ethic, but without a doubt I can highly recommend Dr Bilal Salim and his team to give you an honest and professional opinion and follow that with exceptional treatment and procedures. I called the dental surgery and explained to the receptionist that I was in excruciating dental pain, I had been up most of the night in pain and analgesics did not help. The receptionist was very kind, she listened and managed to get me a appointment on the same day. When I went in to the practice my temperature was taken and I was asked to complete a medical history form online. I was called in by the dentist (Dr Bagasi) who asked me about the problem and examined the area, he took a x-ray and told me that it was a root canal problem. He explained what the problem was why I was in pain and what dental procedure needed to be carried out. Once I had consented to the procedure Dr Bagasi talked me through what he was doing throughout the procedure and was amazing. Afterwards he explained what I needed to do for maintaining good oral health and provided me with a leaflet. I am extremely grateful to Dr Bagasi and his team for helping me as I have never been in so much pain. I would recommend this practice and will be attending here for my regular check ups.

I have had a really good experience at Synergy. After needing to have a back tooth removed, I decided to have an implant. The service I have received has been amazing. All staff I have interacted with from the dentist to the reception staff have been lovely and helpful. I have recommended them to a friend who had a bad experience somewhere else and she loves it here too.

I’m actually still waiting for my 9:00 am appointment it’s now 9:15! I was the first patient!! Every time I have attended this practice the dental surgeon is running late. The nurse has passed me 3 times and not once has apologised for the delay. Oh dear! Speaking as a retired practice manager in a very busy NHS dental surgery this would never happen. Otherwise the practice is not bad at all. PS now 9:18!!!

I absolutely hate dentists. But my experience so far with this dentist has been better than I have ever received. The treatment program they have designed for me seems to be the best going forward. We have even discussed long term plan >6-8 years in the future. I feel at ease knowing I am being looked after properly. And spreading the cost has made it easier to manage the treatment.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it has been quite difficult to reach the surgery at times. Also repeat phone calls about the same thing from different staff. A very minor thing, as all the staff are very friendly and the practice seems very professional.
