The staff are well trained and very friendly. They are very good at remembering the customers, and their family's, names, even my pet! The salon is very bright and modern and is very professional.

I am a regular customer, having been coming to Utopia for approximately 10 years. The staff are pleasant, friendly and listen to the customer, advising on style and hair colour. It is a comfortable, relaxing environment. Customer loyalty cards are a bonus and a head massage is a treat to look forward to.
