Eat on the Green restaurant launch The Tasting Room
Eat on the Green, one of the finest restaurants in the Aberdeen area, has launched The Tasting Room in Udney Green. This culinery delight is run by head chef Orry Shand, who at 21, is one of the region's rising starts having won Young Grampian Chef of the Year in 2008 and 2009.
The Tasting Menu, which has become a trend in many Michelin starred restaurants, gives diners a set manu of 7 taster courses, giving the chef great opportunities to show-off his skills. Guests are taken through a journey of flavours with the option of specially selected wines to complement each course.
