DF Communications has been recognised for its first-class customer service at one of Scotland’s most prestigious business award ceremonies.
The company collected the 2011 Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Northern Star Business Awards in Aberdeen.
Around 1,000 business people and influencers attended the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre event hosted by TV presenter Gaby Roslin.
DF Communications managing director Fiona Fleming said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to win the Excellence in Customer Service award. We take great pride in looking after our customers to ensure they receive a service that exceeds expectations. The award is recognition for all the hard work by the team.”
The award follows DF Communications’ success in the O2 Partner of the Month Awards. The company won 7 out of 8 monthly awards this year following positive reviews for customer feedback, customer retention and new sales.
DF Communications provide mobile phones, including iPhone and Blackberry, landline services and hands-free car solutions and tracking to businesses across the north-east of Scotland. The company expects to be busy this month with the launch of the latest iPhone.
