Aberdeen Solicitor wins appeals against the UK Border Agency

Matthew Cohen, solicitors of Holburn Street, Aberdeen helped a family come together by successfully appealing a decision by the UK Border Agency on the grounds that the sponsor had not provided evidence that the sponsor resided in the UK and that there were insufficient funds.

In another case, they successfully appealed against refusal to give a Residence Card in the case of a family member of a sponsor who is an EEA national. The refusal by the UKBA was on the grounds that the sponsor did not work and that appropriate health insurance cover was not in place.  Matthew Cohen helped them  protect their EU Treaty rights.

Matthew Cohen employ a specialist immigration lawyer to handle all such disputes.  He is the only such lawyer in the North East of Scotland.
