The Charitable Organisation offering care for those with neurological conditions in the Aberdeen area.

At Sue Ryder Care, a charitable organisation in Aberdeen, we provide specialist long term and respite care for people with various neurological conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury.

Dee View Court is our new neurological care centre, based in the heart of the Kincorth community in Aberdeen.  It’s the first of its kind in Europe and features self-contained independent accommodation for all residents and therapeutic facilities including a hydrotherapy pool and a multi-sensory room.  Dee View Court also features tailored leisure facilities such as a specially adapted internet café area and landscaped gardens.

Our dedicated care team in Aberdeen understand that the needs of our residents are not just physical, but also emotional, social and spiritual.

Sue Ryder Care - Aberdeen, is a charitable organisation that caters for all of a person’s needs.  However, providing high levels of care is costly and we need to raise £120,000 for our charity each year in voluntary donations to continue to provide care that liberates lives.

We focus on:

  • people's 'wellness' rather than their illness
  • people's abilities rather than their disabilities
  • supporting the family, carers and friends of our patients.
