Students will have the opportunity to explore a number of metal forming techniques including an introduction to fold forming and anti-clastic raising, creating form using the fly press, raising/sinking small bowls, forging and spoon making. Colouring of metal through an introduction to enameling on 3 dimensional forms will also be covered.
The course accommodates students who wish to build on previous study, and further develop their personal practice. This will vary depending on level of experience and desire to develop drawing or painting from the figure.
