The 12th Llangollen Hot Air Balloon Festival

The 2008 Hot Air Balloon festival promises to be a fun-filled and exciting weekend for all the family.

For the first time the festival will be over 3 days. Friday will feature a opening party with a live outdoors music stage.

Weather permitting we have mass balloon ascents planned for around 6pm Saturday & Sunday and the famous night glow and fireworks display on Saturday night.

The 2008 Hot Air Balloon festival will feature great entertaiment for the whole family all weekend, including a jam-packed arena programme and a free children's interactive area packed with entertainment and workshops.

Not forgetting of course the UK's only indoor model balloon festival, live music stage, fairground and amusements, refreshments and bar, craft fair, trade stands... and more
