Adjudicators Gladys Mary Coles and Karen Owen

Subject: City Life

Prize: Two first prizes of £50 each (best Welsh language entry and best English language entry)

Winners will be notified before the beginning of the Festival.

All entrants will be invited to attend the presentation of prizes on Wednesday, 21 May, 7.00pm at Wrexham Library in the company of poet and adjudicator, Gladys Mary Coles. Entrants must be aged 16 or over on May 1, 2008. Poems should be submitted to Wrexham Library, Llwyn Isaf, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham LL11 1AU by Saturday, April 26, 2008. Entries should be marked Wrexham Arts Festival Poetry Competition on the envelope.
