Pulse Health & Fitness Centre

Pulse Health and Fitness Centre was opened eight years ago by owner, Paul Jones, a qualified Gymnastics Instructor.

Centrally situated, we offer full exercise and workout facilities for fitness club members at very competitive rates.

Membership of the Pulse Health and Fitness Club costs only £15 per month, the most attractive price in Wrexham.

Manager, Rob White, controls a skilled team of male and female fitness instructors who offer advice and instruction in all levels of gym disciplines to help you get the most from your workout at the fitness club .

Our Pilates classes are particularly popular with all ages with 10 separate classes running weekly at the fitness club.

Yoga is in high demand and here again supervised classes take place weekly at the fitness club, encouraging health and fitness in both body and mind.

We welcome first time visitors to the gym and our gym instructors will check your current fitness levels to ensure you workout and exercise safely.  If you're new to gyms and fitness clubs or have specific requirements from your workout our friendly staff will also be on hand to help create exercise programs and workout plans to suit you.

After your workout in the gym or exercise class why not take the time and relax in the Sauna Room or top up your tan on one of the Sunbeds at the fitness club.

When your exercise is over, or for that mid-workout break, you can make use of the fitness clubs fully licensed Restaurant, open for snacks and meals from 9:00am until 11:30pm.

Popular new developments at the fitness club include punch bags and boxing tuition.  Available to both male and female gym members, a good way to improve your fitness levels, balance and self confidence.

The Gym is equipped with weights, resistance machines and cardio vascular equipment to keep check on your heart as well as your fitness.
