Gatewen Training work with local Councils, Companies and Private Individuals and provide a wide range RTITB accredited courses, either run on our site or at our customers premises. Our highly qualified Driver Training staff are on hand at all times to assist at all times.
The Gatewen Driver Training facility in Wrexham is the only centre in North Wales to be RTITB LGV accredited and has its own off-road manoeuvring area, enabling trainees on LGV courses to practice difficult manoeuvres such as reversing in complete safety.
The training facility also offers a Fork Lift training area and warehouse, as well as in-house classroom facilities for all trainees.

ELWA Funding
Elwa funding may be available to cover the costs of your driver training if you have recently been made redundant and live in Wales. Please call for details.
ILA - Individual Learning A/C
Gatewen Training is an approved driver training provider through learndirect. Applicants must live in Wales and be over 18 - call for more details.
Driving Instructors available
Gatewen Training can provide professional qualified Driving Instructors for training courses using customers own vehicles for the following :-
Category B+E (Training/Test or Refresher) - car + trailer
Category C1 - vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tonne with trailer up to 750kgs.
Category C1+E - vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tonne with trailer over 750kgs.
Category D1 - Minibus (Training/Test or Refresher)
Category D1 + E Minibus (Training/Test or Refresher) + trailer over 750kgs
Category D - Vehicles over 9 metres
