Having experienced some application problems on my PC I asked Andie to come along to the office and have a look at the problem. Within minutes the issue was resolved! We got talking about each others business and I explained to Andie how a good percentage of our business is achieved though e-mail marketing....Andie suggested to have a look at what we were currently sending out to potential customers, review it and to allow him to come back to me with some alternatives. Within 24hrs Andie had re-designed my template to a much more corporate and professional design and within 48hrs we had his template emailed out to potential customers. Needless to say the enquiries directly from this campaign has increased dramatically and our conversion rate of sales leads to actual customers has increased by 25%. I had foolishly assumed that to outsource the design etc would cost the earth but with AESYS Computing Ltd this was not the case but more important was that I was dealing with a local person who showed enthusiasm and effort second to none! Andie has demonstrated time and time again his knowledge and proficiency with all things IT related. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and he’s always been a pleasure to deal with. He’s recently helped me swap over my computer security software from a well known brand which was killing the performance on every machine it ran on to a new industry leading application (Kaspersky) and my PC and Laptop’s performance has increased 10 fold.
