The service that I received from IC Services, for both my home and my office, took me utterly by surprise by, initially, its standard of politeness and speed in returning both my call, arranging an appointment and supplying initially a helpful benchmark price. Once the job was in progress, the utmost care and attention was given to minimal disuption ( fully warned in advance should rooms need vacating, furniture moving and help with the latter in any case). Any stubborn stains were almost seen to be a professional challenge and I do not believe they would have spent any more time and attention to the work in both my home and my office, if they had been cleaning their own homes! A service that perhaps we should expect nowadays - but sadly very rarely get. I can guarantee that you will get a totally professional service in every respect with ICServices - and I am very happy to talk to anyone with any further questions. I have been attending Cloud Nine for about 7 months now on a very regular basis. I was hooked the minute Sonia showed me around her beautiful Spa. She has put so much effort and thought into making it the most tranquil haven, with every attention to detail. Not only is the venue heavenly, but the treatments are "out of this world". It is all made so special by Sonia herself. She certainly deserves to have a highly sucessful business.

This is a very responsibly and professionally managed martial arts club. The proprietors are highly qualified and run a tight ship. The organisation of the lessons is imaginative and meticulous, with the needs of students of all levels catered for assiduously. The camaraderie is great which makes even the more arduous lessons fun. There is a heavy tacit emphasis on respect and humility, and I would recommend this club to anyone wanting to learn a matial art for the right reasons, eg, self defence, fitness, discipline. Really first class.

I compete in a lot of running events from 10k to marathons around the world. I managed to get pretty good but seemed to hit a wall and couldnʼt improve my times. I started working with Jason to see if I could be better. He very quickly pin pointed my weak areas in core strength and flexibility and devised a great program to correct my issues. It was hard work, but to date it has help me knock 5 minutes off my 10k and a massive 20 minutes off my best marathon time. San Francisco in august! i hope to be even stronger.

This florist will NEVER let you down - I have had funeral flowers where mourners have expressed their pleasure at arrangements. The florist did my wedding flowers and they were truly memorable. The occasional bouquets are no exception the standard and quality is ALWAYS high. I am confident that whatever the occasion Broadwater Flowers will always rise to it. The staff are competent and treat the customer as if they were the only person giving an order that day. Broadwater flowers is a gem in Worthingʼs crown. Broadwater flowers is not just a florist it offers the opportunity to occupy the family with pottery painting. Gifts artefacts and baby foot and hand prints are among the experiences I have enjoyed. Broadwater flowers is not just a florist shop or even a place to paint pottery it is an experience and I recommend anyone to visit and I guarantee that it will certainly not be a one off - I cannot keep away!
