At Colwall Roast & BBQ Company we are the premier Hogroast and pig roast Caterers, providing a Spit Roast catering service to customers in Worcester and throughout Worcestershire. Our Spit Roast menu includes:

Pig Roast: Pig roasts to cater for 100-120 people. A whole pig with crispy crackling, with home made sage & onion stuffing, apple sauce & chutney

Lamb Roast: To cater for 60-80 people. A whole English lamb with rosemary and garlic

Beef Roast: Topside or Sirloin, matured for a minimum of 21 days

Venison: Whole Deer or haunches, matured for 21 days (available October - February)

Turkey Roast: A whole butter basted Turkey
All of our hog roasts and pig roasts are carved by our staff and served on bread rolls with disposable cutlery, plates and napkins. We can supply stainless steel cutlery and bone china for an extra cost.
To compliment our hogroasts and pig roasts we can supply a range of homemade salads, including green salads, pasta, coleslaw, new potatoes, roasted vegetables and luxury desserts, plus much more. All of our salads are freshly prepared.
To complete our hogroast and pig roast service we can provide a fully licensed bar, with a wide selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks, served by our own formally / informally dresses staff to suit your occasion.
