We were staggered by the efficiency and friendliness of Roy at Heswall. After being completely let down by a different company, a friend recommended Roy who listened to our requirements and came up with the perfect mortgage solution for us within 1/2 a day. We were so impressed that we asked him to look into our house and contents insurance - and even though we had a good deal already, he bettered it. We recently used Heswall Mortgages to remortgage our property. They provided us with a a good choice of mortgage options and secured us a great deal, based on our personal mortgage preferences. Fantastic service. Not being local, we relied mainly on email contact and received extremely quick replies to different quesions. We would thoroughly recommend them! We arranged our first mortgage with Heswall Mortgage Services, not really having a clue where to begin! The advice and support we received was outstanding - they bent over backwards to provide us with helpfully organised details of our options, gave solid advice without pushing us one way or the other and generally made the whole thing a breeze. Friendly and efficient, itʼs astonishing that they provide the whole service without charging broker fees. We wouldnʼt consider using anyone else.
