Formerly 'Ruby' on Market Street in Hoylake, the current owners, Anita & Steve Philips have refurbished and redecorated to create a wonderful, warm cafe society feel downstairs and a more intimate ambience upstairs. With alfresco dining under the last original Victorian canopy in Hoylake, there's somewhere to enjoy a meal for everyone.
