When I first started training with Gavin last year, I could just about walk at a reasonable pace - from my car to the shops! After six months of his encouragement, help, advice and motivation I had lost nearly two stone in weight, dropped three dress sizes and was fitter and healthier than I had ever been in my 45 years! Gavin has a unique ability to get the most out of you during a training session, so that just when you think you canʼt possibly do one more exercise he shows you that you can! He wonʼt accept excuses, but always understands how scary it can sometimes be to push yourself physically. And thatʼs what he does best - motivates you to be the very best you can, be proud of how your fitness improves and always have fun during a training session! I can highly recommend Gavin to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer who will get the very best out of you.

This has just got to be the absolute finest traditional pub, with amazing food. The choice of Real ales, cigars, wines was obviously the choice of a true afficionado landlord / landlady, but the food (which I was assured made from local produce) was just unbelievable. Traditional Fayre with a Michelin twist. Michael Winner would love this place... as do ALL the locals and those in the know. Try it. I guarantee that like us, youʼll be back time and time again.

I have eaten at The Drum & Monkey a few times and i am always satisfied with the wonderful service, great atmosphere and exceptional food. It never fails to impress.
