We went here with my parents for my mothers birthday not realising that it had been taken over (Iʼd taken my father to Ghilieʼs before) so I was rather nervous at first, especially as it was empty on a midweek evening... I neednʼt have worried. The building is lovely and right on the river so they could have relied on that. They didnʼt. the service was excellent from the start. They have an interesting, good quality and reasonably priced wine list whilst the menu, whilst not huge, should cater for everyone. We ALL thought we had made an excellent choice when our meals came and they really were ALL excellent. My lamb was the most perfectly cooked I have eaten in a restuarant - perfectly pink on the inside with a lovely burnt crust ont he outside. It may be a bit out of the way but Iʼd recomment this restaurant to anyone. In fact Iʼd have a desert next time and kid myself Iʼm walking it off on the way home

We had our wedding reception at Riverpoint in November 2007 and it was a fantastic evening. All of our friends and family commented on how excellent the food was and what a superb location. The staff were very friendly and helped to make the evening a complete success. I would highly recommend Riverpoint as a great place for a reception and as a restaurant.

I recently held a charity New years eve bash for 200 people at Riverpoint. The staff, management and chefs are truly brilliant. The night went off without a hitch and all our needs were catered for without any fuss. The canapes were fresh and delicious and the entire location on the river was the perfect setting for a glamorous party. I highly reccommend Riverpoint as a venue.

Went here for my birthday dinner a few weeks ago and loved it and would definitely recommend that other people go too. Fabulous food, great service and a spectacular location right on the river and, for those of you who want to combine it with a pub visit, The Catʼs Back, is a hidden gem.

I took my family to Riverpoint Restaurant on Friday night and was very pleasantly suprised. Right from the first step into the restaurant, the experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly, engaging and very professional, and the decor could benefit from a update but the ambiance was great. We were seated upstairs where the views over the river and night lights was stunning! And as for the food, I and my family were completely blown away by the presentation, quality and taste. All in all we has a truly fantastic experience which we will certainly repeat on many occasions. I wholeheartedly recomend this restaurant as a must.
