Newmillerdam Country Park, Barnsley Road, Newmillerdam, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Newmillerdam Country Park has ninety-five hectares of woodland and water. It was once part of the medieval 'Chevet' estate.

Attractions include woodland walks, easy walks around the lake (suitable for all), permanent orienteering course and historical features and boathouse.

The park is open all year, daily, at all times. Boathouse visitor facility open bank holiday Monday and Sunday, 1pm - 4.30pm in summer. November - March from 12 - 3.30pm.
