I went on saturday at 5.30pm and they were fully booked but allowed us to dine if we promised to be quick. Will have to try on friday or mid week instead because I can never plan to book in advance (hopefully will get in easier). Have to say the food was excellent and the manner with which all the staff served us was amazing. I dont think there is another restaurant in yorkshire that can match this one. reccomend the fillet with pepper sauce although my partners calzone looked great too, will try that next.

I went this evening for our Anniversary after being recommended by a "friend". I was disappointed from start to finish. The service was attentiveand friendly, but the quality of the food was very poor and certainly didnʼt warrant the high City-of-Leeds prices. I will not be recommending this restaurant.

Glad to hear you found the service was attentive and friendly. We aim for serving patrons who appreciate quality ingredients when they see them. You can order just a pizza or a pasta for less the taxi to leeds and you even order half a portion of freshly cooked risotto or pasta for less than a box of cigarettes, if your on a budget. All main dishs come with complimentary seasonal vegetables which is not offered in other establishments. Our fish is delivered fresh daily and can be selected from our blackboards. We have a dedicated kids menu as well as offering children anything from the ala carte menu at half price. If you are celebrating a special occasion and select according to your budget there is something for everyone, is £15 really too expensive for a freshly cooked dish ʽ In Leeds you will spend at least £45 per head minimum. Our pizzaʼs are hand made with fresh dough daily unlike cheaper establishments who use frozen dough balls with preservatives because some patrons cant tell the difference after a glass of wine. The next time you order a pizza have a look at the pizza base, if its chewy or hard to slice and resembles the rubber sole on your trainers, its not fresh, if its flimsy and feels like a dish cloth and folds in halve easily its cheap flour... pizzaʼs the italian valentinos way should be thin and crispy, topped with 100% mozzarella cheese...if you care about what goes in your body you will learn to appreciate quality. We are sorry your experience was not to your expectation on your visit and hope you visit again soon and change your opinion.
