The Woolly Workshop was a long held dream of Gill Alexander’s that finally turned into a reality! Gill had been passionate about knitting for many years and wanted to establish a high quality Wool Shop to help knitters ‘far and wide’ gain access to unusual, high quality yarns and knitting accessories from all over the world.

In recent years, a whole new generation of enthusiasts have started knitting to enjoy the relaxing qualities and creativity it brings.
