The Main Bar
The Main Bar has a reputation for being the most contemporary bar in Wearside. With its central island bar and elegant Georgian windows overlooking the fashionable Waterside Area, it is the perfect place for private functions.

The Vaulted Basement
The Quayside Exchange Vaulted Basement offers a unique setting for your private function. This vaulted area formerly the archives of Sunderland Town Hall, is split into three separate alcoves with an adjoining terrace - ideal space for small private functions from as little as 30 guests to 120 guests.
The Grand Room
As the name suggests The Grand Room is our largest, most impressive suite, featuring beautiful Georgian windows overlooking the waterfront. This suite can accommodate up to 300 guests theatre-style or 220 banqueting-style - ideal setting for weddings, awards ceremonies, conferences and dinner dances.
