The staff visited our sites and completed a training needs analysis covering the West Midlands to Cornwall (including Wales) over 1700 staff. The detailed analysis enabled us to determin what was needed as urgent and a priority, this was acted upon swiftly by Aaliyah and within one week we were inducted onto training courses, delivered by staff from Aaliyah - Very professional, friendly and they actually listen to the needs of the individual as well as the company.
