In the George of Stamford's Hotel Restaurant Imaginative yet traditional English food of the highest quality is served in stunning oak-panelled surroundings, coupled with a wine list that both Egon Ronay and the Good Food Guide rates as ‘outstanding’.
Less formal dining takes place in the Garden Lounge or if the weather is good enough, in the ivy-clad courtyard outside.
Lighter lunch meals and snacks can be had from Mondays to Saturdays in the York Bar (Hotel dining bar of the year 2006 Winner - Good pub guide) taken with a pint of Adnams or guest beer.

The Business Centre is adjacent to the main hotel accommodation and caters for groups from 2 to 50 delegates.
The accommodation in the Business Centre comprises one large Conference Room, three Boardrooms and three Executive Offices each with direct dial phone.
Secretarial services are available with prior notice to the Hotel, and the Business Centre Manager is available for any help needed with the meetings. All the usual audio visual and business services are on hand, and there are membership cards for guests to use at a nearby gym in Stamford
