To be honest I was always a little sceptical of coaching but within five minutes of my first session with Hannah I was not only convinced of its validity, I now think it is essential - not just for business but for the effect it has on your whole life. I met Martin at a BNI (Busines Network International) meeting where he gave free chair massages to demonstrate their effectiveness. I treated 5 key staff to a chair massage in one afternoon. The result was 5 sets of smiles and revitalised persons. I will certainly use Martinʼs massage services as treats for my key clients, especially as Xmas is fast approaching.

Play Shelter Summer Holiday playscheme Bermondsey

I am a single parent of a very picky (about childminders) little 6 year old girl. However, since we discovered the playshelter scheme she has been in her element, and looks forward to every half term and school holiday where she will be spending time with the scheme. The staff truly care about the children, the organised outings are out of this world, health and saftey is paramount to the staff, and ALL THE CHILDREN ARE HAPPY! I would recommend this exceptional service to every parent who wants the best for their children, and every child who wants to have the best time in their holidays.

It is superb - our most favourite restaurant in the UK Every couple of years we travel to central Turkey, where we now have some great Turkish friends in Avanos and beyond. Knowing our passion for Turkish food, my brother who works in London, pointed us in the direction of this fabulous restaurant. The food is brilliant, service exemplary and it doesnʼt cost an arm and a leg either. What more could you wantʽ My brother and his family are vegetarians, we are meat eaters, but there is such a wealth of food on offer, we have on a couple of occasions only ordering vegetarian dishes! We would like to know when this company will venture further afield and open near us - we struggle to find a reason to visit London just so we can justify a meal at Tas Pide Weʼll be back in the meantime

I actively promote Southwark businesses through BNI as the Area Director for London South East and we look for professional and reliable venues for our local groups. We ran a highly successful meeting at TAS Pide in October 2007 for around 40 people. The venue was very attractive, the food excellent and the TAS team were helpful and attentive. I can recommend the restaurant to anyone looking to hold a meeting in convivial surroundings.

Having had such bad experiences before with other so called ʼBuildersʼ we were so lucky to have finally found such an excellent team of really professional Tradesmen... Our lovely old House had some difficult ʼstructuralʼ and ʼdesignʼ problems but Bob sorted them out without any fuss or bother! These Guys are Reliable, Honest and did such a wonderful job for a really fair price and as they have their own Workshop too the disruption to the Family - not to mention the dreaded ʼDust n Dirt factorʼ was kept to a minimum. We really want to keep them to ourselves but are delighted to be able to recommend Rivercity to EVERYONE that that needs a top notch buiding team!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough; They were able to address all the issues Iʼd inherited that no-one else could..promptly & efficiently. The ʼbehind the scenesʼ honcha is a charming gem! They are affectionately referred to as "Micks & Bobs" ie no problem too big or too small!
