Rotary Club of Southport present this highly popular show at the Southport Theatre & Convention Centre

Friday 31st October, 8.00pm

The Rotary Club of Southport Links are presenting their highly popular ‘Brass Night on the Prom’ at the Southport Theatre on Friday 31st October and are inviting anyone looking for an evening of fun and family entertainment, to join them.

The nationally acclaimed, award-winning Leyland Band, together with the internationally acclaimed, award-winning Haydock Male Voice Choir, will be playing a full programme of popular music and songs from the shows, culminating in a patriotic element with plenty of Henry Woods “Last Night” music from the Albert Hall.

To add to the flavour of the evening the audience will be able to join in some of these numbers, with Union Jacks and other patriotic goodies available on the night. Words to all the time favourites Land of Hope & Glory, Jerusalem, and Rule Britabnnia are included in the souvenir program.

Now in to its 8th successful year, the concert is a firm family favourite and a huge fundraising event, with every penny of the proceeds going to local and international Rotary charities.

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
