What’s the best Indian restaurant in Solihull?

My vote would have to go to either Lloyds or the Knowle Brasserie. Mr Ali at the brasserie probably just edges it because of his fab service but it's a close thing. The Bilash used to be great but it's gone off the boil in recent years and Cafe Saffron has always been a disappointment. Indian Dreams on Dovehouse Parade is always good quality and a little further out there's Arden Tandoori in Henley. What's your favourite Indian, and why...

I think the Rajnagarn Indian Restaurant on Lyndon Road is really good. The food is excellent and so is the service. Go and try it

Only this weekend I recommended Lloyds to an ardent fan of the Brasserie he loved the food at Lloyds his partner, who is vegetaran, preferred Knowle Brasserie! I will still be using Lloyds!

I have to agree that I also thought that Lloyds was a great restaurant - there were about 30 of us there one night making lots of noise, but they were great hosts.

Away from Indian restaurants, I also really like the Slug & Lettuce for lunch too, great food and a good atmosphere.

Way of the mark, the Arden Tandoori in Henley in Arden is by far the superior curry house in the region.
